COMMISSION TOS
✧ I reserve all rights to my work. I am allowed to add your commission(s) to my portfolio. If you wish to have your commission private, you must discuss this with me before starting.
✧ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any point in the creative process for any reason I see fit. Refunds can be issued accordingly.
✧ Commissions will be personal use only, unless you have reached out to me about commercial usage. Commercial use may cost additionally. (Commercial usage includes but is not limited to printing and selling of the artwork, using the artwork for streaming purposes, or any other personal financial gain.)
✧ Please credit me when posting on social media. All of my socials can be found in the "links" tab of my carrd.
✧ You are NOT allowed to remove my watermark.
✧ DO NOT feed my art into ANY AI ENGINES and DO NOT use for NFTs!
✧ Please do not rush me. If you have a deadline, let me know! Communication is key!
✧ Payment is half upfront, half upon receiving OR ** full payment after the sketch has been sent and the client agrees**. Payments can be made through Cashapp, PayPal, or Venmo. If a client ghosts a payment, the rights to the commissioned work are revoked, and the user will be temporarily suspended from future commissions for an undisclosed period of time.

✧ Once you have acquired ownership, you are allowed to alter the design, as long as you keep it somewhat recognizable.
✧ You have 48 hours to pay after claiming. If you fail to meet this deadline, you forfeit your claim and the adopt will be relisted for sale.
